Responsibilities

• Promote and provide a safe working environment for all associates

• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment
• Support world-class manufacturing by providing timely maintenance assistance to all departments as needed
• Support production and facility improvements
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and process-related deficiencies using electrical and mechanical skills, including general maintenance for all facility-related equipment
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment such as presses, baggers, sealers, conveyors, and printers, ensuring their proper care, use, and storage
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing support equipment, including air compressors, boilers, fans, and pumps
• Maintain and update required records and filing systems, including replenishing parts and supplies inventory

Requirements

• A proven, excellent safety and attendance record
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance procedures and shop practices or graduation from a technical trade school
• Practical knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools in manufacturing
• Experience with manufacturing support systems, including steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating, and cooling
• Experience in industrial electrical troubleshooting
• Basic electronic troubleshooting and computer skills
• Knowledge of work order programs for equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations
• Availability to work overtime
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft. when necessary

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 per year
