The Maintenance Technician 2 at Parkwest Gardens is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and maintains the community to a high standard.
• Independently troubleshoots and repairs a variety of residential building systems safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.

• Proven maintenance experience with solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs.
• Independently diagnoses and resolves most maintenance issues with minimal supervision.
• Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high‑quality repairs.
• Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast‑paced environment.
