About the role
Creating a better living. The Maintenance Technician 2 at Lake Crest is a key member of our team who helps ensure residents receive timely, reliable service and that our community is maintained to a high standard. We're looking for an experienced maintenance professional who can independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential building systems while completing work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and consistently delivers quality repairs and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and resolve most maintenance issues with minimal supervision
- Takes ownership of work orders and consistently delivers high-quality repairs
- Effectively prioritizes competing maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment
- Builds positive relationships with residents through professional communication and service
- Assists in training and supporting less experienced technicians as needed
Requirements
- Proven maintenance experience with a solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs

Pay
Starting pay of $21 per hour, and more based on experience. Earn up to $5.21/hour more through commissions and incentives. Additional benefits include $1,100+ in company-provided tools, company cell phone, uniforms, and vehicle allowance, and up to 20% off rent at Goldmark communities.
