Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standard
• Plan and schedule maintenance repairs
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)
• Perform routine maintenance around the building
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
• Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies

Requirements

• 2-5 years of related experience
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multi-task
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• Ability to show judgment and work independently
• High integrity and discretion required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend often

Work Environment

Office, warehouse, and outdoors.

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
