The user wants me to convert this job posting into clean semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Don't repeat job title as heading 4. Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 6. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning) 7. Include section ONLY when posting has real specific content 8. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text 9. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 10. Output ONLY HTML fragment - no html/body, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the posting: - Job Summary: There's a "Job Summary" section with prose - Compensation & Schedule: Has pay rate, employment type, hours, shift, location, on-call info - Essential Job Functions: Broken into subsections (Building Maintenance & Repairs, Resident-Care Equipment & Healthcare Environment, Preventative Maintenance & Documentation, Safety, Compliance & Emergency Preparedness, Groundskeeping & Exterior Maintenance, Environmental Services & General Facility Support) - these are all lists of duties - Qualifications & Requirements: List of qualifications - Benefits: List of benefits - Join Our Team: Closing prose I need to structure this into appropriate sections. The rules say use

for section headings like "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". But I should only include sections that have real content. Looking at the content: - "Job Summary" -> could be "About the role" - "Compensation & Schedule" -> could be "Pay" and "Schedule" sections (since it has specific pay rate and schedule info) - "Essential Job Functions" -> "Responsibilities" (with subsections as lists) - "Qualifications & Requirements" -> "Qualifications" or "Requirements" - "Benefits" -> "Benefits" - "Join Our Team" -> could be part of "About the role" or separate closing I should not create sections for things not present. The posting has specific pay ($21/hr), schedule (full-time, 37.5 hrs/week, day shift, on-call), and benefits list. Let me structure: 1. About the role (from Job Summary) 2. Pay (from Compensation & Schedule - pay rate) 3. Schedule (from Compensation & Schedule - hours, shift, on-call) 4. Responsibilities (from Essential Job Functions - all the bullet points) 5. Qualifications (from Qualifications & Requirements) 6. Benefits (from Benefits) I'll use

for each section heading. For Responsibilities, I have multiple subsections - I could either make them separate

sections or keep as one Responsibilities section with sub-lists. The rules say "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't mention sub-sections. I think I should keep Responsibilities as one section with the sub-categories as part of the list items or maybe use nested lists. But the rules say "Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". So I'll make each duty a list item, perhaps grouping by the sub-categories. Actually, looking at the Essential Job Functions, there are clear sub-sections with multiple bullet points each. I could make each sub-section a separate

but the rules only list specific section headings. The example headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So I should stick to those. I'll make "Responsibilities" one section and include all the duties as list items, perhaps with the sub-category names as bold text within list items or as separate list headers. But the rules say use
      • for lists. I could use nested lists: outer
          for categories, inner
for items. But that might be complex. Simpler: make each duty a separate
          • and include the category as part of the text. Better: Use

for Responsibilities, then for each sub-section, use a

with the sub-section name in bold, then a

for its items. But the rules say "Use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So I can use

for the sub-section titles (as prose) and then

                • for the items. Let me draft:
