Maintenance Tech

About the role

Hotel Loveland Embassy Suites is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems, and maintain hotel equipment and grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Pay

$23.00/hr - $24.15/hr. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.
