Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile “Jack‑of‑all‑Trades” technician for our Peoria location. With over six decades of experience and a portfolio of 70 communities nationwide, we provide top‑notch training, competitive compensation, and ample growth opportunities both locally and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, handle make‑ready tasks, and address punch‑list items.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain the visual appeal and curb appeal of the property.
• Provide top‑notch customer service to residents.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (property management or housing experience is advantageous).
• EPA licensure.
• Hands‑on expertise with HVAC systems.
• Ability to participate in on‑call rotations for emergencies as scheduled.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for off‑site work.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lb.
