Aspen Square Management is seeking a versatile "Jack-of-all-Trades" technician to join our team at Ridgemar Commons in Ocala. With over six decades of experience and a portfolio of 70 communities nationwide, we offer top-notch training, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including make-readies and punch list items
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• EPA licensure
• Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel off-site
• Provide own hand tools
• Essential functions require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, operate equipment, and lift up to 50 lbs
