Your Team & Your Role
Your Impact
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machines, lasers, robots, automated paint systems, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, including basic PLC-related control functions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical prints to complete maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to identify hazards and support a safe work environment
Your Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Technology preferred.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; exposure to CNC equipment, robots, lasers, and PLCs is a plus.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to use common hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment and to document work accurately.

Qualifications
