Maintenance Tech (3rd Shift)

About the role

To strengthen our motivated Maintenance Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN, we are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician for 3rd Shift.

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical issues across all departments.
• Read and interpret maintenance requests, completing tasks both electronically and manually.
• Maintain a safe work area and exhibit safe work habits around machines.
• Understand and practice cGMPs, standard procedures, and work instructions.
• Provide timely feedback to Department Managers and Production Supervisors on machine condition and potential upcoming issues during preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with applicable technical training.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical, electronic, or other maintenance-related experience.
• Technical knowledge of electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of industrial machine repair or operation experience.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently.
