Responsibilities

  • Hands-on machine maintenance support, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems troubleshooting and repair, as well as weld/fabricating experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of control panels and control logic (5-axis robotic system experience is helpful).
  • Hands-on plant maintenance support, including utilities and structure.
  • Perform scheduled preventative/predictive maintenance according to specifications and guidelines.
  • Assist in the manufacture, assembly, and installation of machine or plant upgrades and improvement programs.
  • Maintain accurate records on project or repair work orders, including problem, remedy, labor, parts, and downtime in a legible, specific format.
  • Promote the company’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment for employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing.
  • 3 to 5 years of strong electrical experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
