About the role

Quincy Street, Inc., a successful pork processor in the Holland area, seeks a hands-on, experienced individual for their Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven skills in equipment repair, preventative maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, TIG welding, and refrigeration. They should also exhibit a strong team player attitude and core values that align with the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform general equipment repair
• Implement preventative maintenance practices
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls
• Work with pneumatics and hydraulics
• Manage industrial ammonia and freon refrigeration systems
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Contribute to personal and professional growth

Requirements

• Proven skills in performing general equipment repair
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Electrical experience including trouble shooting and repairing PLC Controls
• Demonstrated experience in pneumatics and hydraulics
• TIG Welding Experience
• A working knowledge of industrial Ammonia and Freon refrigeration
• A TEAM PLAYER, with demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and develop with others
• A strong set of core values that transcend both personal and professional environments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the Food Industry is a plus
