About the role

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with financial transactions upon entering parking facilities
• Working with a crew to maintain cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks
• Performing routine custodian duties such as sweeping, litter pickup, painting, and pressure washing
• Calculating parking amounts due from customers and collecting validations and payments
• Operating cash registers and maintaining strict cash controls

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in janitorial and maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Qualifications

• Sincere enjoyment of creating a positive customer and coworker experience
• Ability to anticipate and meet customer needs professionally
• Experience working as part of a team and independently
• Prior mechanical or painting experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations
