Maintenance Tech - $2,500 Sign On Bonus - Nights

About the role

Silfex Inc., a subsidiary of Lam Research Company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide emergency response and resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Install and fabricate components for repair as needed.
• Manage equipment inventories and complete maintenance activities.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles and quality procedures.
• Support the Emergency Response Team and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Perform minor electrical installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial maintenance, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Basic understanding of 5S and Lean manufacturing.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in maintenance/ engineering field, relevant certifications, and experience with Microsoft Office.
