Maintenance Team Member 2nd shift

About the role

Rightway Fasteners, Inc. (RFI) is a successful, growing company that has been manufacturing automotive parts in Columbus, Indiana for over 25 years. We specialize in producing high-tension bolts and other cold-formed parts.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders assigned.
• Identify areas of improvement for equipment.
• Support Maintenance Team Members in repairs.
• Design equipment.
• Provide training to Maintenance Team Members in mechanical and electrical needs.
• Provide solutions for quality issues.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in 5S and Kaizen activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a mechanical and electrical background.

Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong aptitude for math.
• Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills.
• Highly motivated work ethic and positive attitude.
