About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative UI solutions that enhance user experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensuring all UI elements are accessible and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Continuously improving the user interface based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI design and development.
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with accessibility guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.

Skills

• Strong visual design sense and ability to create wireframes and prototypes.
• Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for project deadlines.
