About the role
Fuel and service buses in preparation for Pull-Out. Clean buses and check coolant and lubricants. Clean and maintain the building and oil storage area. Pull cash boxes from fare boxes. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Department Manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid North Carolina or South Carolina Commercial Driver License (CDL) A or B-Class with Passenger (P) Endorsement
- Must pass DOT physical and Alcohol/Drug Test
- No Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) conviction within the last three (3) years, and no more than one (1) DWI on driving history
- Must be flexible to work hours; off days may vary based on seniority rights per Maintenance Labor Agreement
- Must be able to work variable shifts and irregular hours including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions outside in all seasons
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
