Maintenance Supervisor - Year Round

Role: Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing building and facilities maintenance, repair, and safety compliance. Key Duties: Supervises and participates in maintenance activities, inspects work quality, ensures equipment functionality, manages supplies and materials, and operates tools safely. Provides training and counseling to subordinates, prepares cost estimates, maintains records, and manages reports and payroll documentation. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in skilled trades, with leadership skills preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, safety standards, and building management systems (experience with CMMS and refrigeration certification a plus). Must be organized, computer literate, and able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to work in various weather conditions, utilize radios, wear respirators, and establish effective relationships. Skills: Leadership, safety awareness, technical proficiency, communication, organization, and adaptability in emergency situations.
