Safety meetings and property-level accountability sit with you, as the property manager relies on you to keep the maintenance side of operations organized and effective.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose maintenance issues and either resolve them directly or assign to team members based on skill level and priority
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and completeness
• Manage the flow of resident service requests and coordinate scheduling to place the right people in the right place
• Maintain preventive maintenance records, track expenditures, and oversee equipment upkeep
• Run regular safety meetings and uphold safety standards across the property

Requirements

• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Background managing maintenance across a minimum of 150 units
• Multi-trade competency across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Customer-focused approach to resident interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in multifamily
• Hands-on experience at a property of 150 units or more
• Proficiency across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general repair)
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Customer-focused approach to resident interactions
