About the role
The Neighborhood Service Manager at Prometheus is responsible for all physical operations of the Neighborhood, particularly the preservation and maintenance of the property. They lead the team, manage budgets, oversee safety, and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish positive, productive relationships with the Neighborhood staff.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff members.
- Resolve problems and ensure the best interests of the Neighborhood.
- Know where to find answers and be a knowledge holder of company policies.
- Comply with rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the Neighborhood.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience.
- Effective presentation and response to questions from various groups.
- On-call availability to help the team and Neighborhood.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Three certificates from related institutions reflecting completion of maintenance related courses.
- A working knowledge of federal, state, and local governing laws.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Qualifications

Pay
The provided salary range is $40.25 to $44.00 per hour. Discretionary semi-annual bonus plan, standby pay, and on-call premium pay are also available. Other bonuses and incentives may apply.
