Maintenance Supervisor - Trails at Summer Creek

About the role

Perform general and higher‑level maintenance services such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more. Respond promptly to resident service requests, participate in preventative maintenance—including pool upkeep, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections—and keep the work area, tools, and equipment clean. Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and higher‑level maintenance services (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, etc.).
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance tasks such as pool care, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal).
• Valid driver’s license free from major moving violations and dependable transportation.
• CPO certification if required in the state and location applied.
• Knowledge of OneSite preferred.

Skills

• Use various hand tools and test equipment.
• Bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• Push and pull up to 300 pounds on wheels.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Climb ladders up to 40 feet high.
• Operate a hand‑truck.
• Make ordinary apartment homes spectacular.

Schedule

On‑call availability required, including weekends and nights, with an on‑call bonus.
