Maintenance Supervisor (The Ivy)

About the role

BAM is a property management company founded in 2010, focused on growth, family, and fun. As a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team to ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and provide a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they occur.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow through training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus)
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay

The pay range for this position is $26 - $29 USD per hour, based on multiple factors including location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
