About the role

The Neighborhood Service Manager at Prometheus is responsible for all physical operations of the Neighborhood, focusing on the preservation and maintenance of the property. Key responsibilities include leadership, neighborhood management, upholding standards, customer service, availability, and physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive, productive relationships with the Neighborhood staff
• Hire, train, and mentor staff
• Resolve problems and look out for the best interest of the Neighborhood
• Manage the budget through cost-effective maintenance functions
• Lead on-going safety training, manage capital projects, vendors, and contractors
• Maintain inventory and knowledge of company policies and compliance with rules and regulations

Requirements

• A minimum of five years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
• A minimum of two years supervisory experience
• A high school diploma or GED
• Three certificates from related institutions reflecting completion of maintenance related courses
• A working knowledge of federal, state, and local governing laws
• Standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing, and visual acuity
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Pay

The provided salary range is $45.00 to $52.25 per hour. Prometheus offers a discretionary semi-annual bonus plan, standby pay, and on-call premium pay. Other bonuses and incentives may apply.
