Maintenance Supervisor - Roseville, CA

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the 152-unit senior community, Vintage Square at Westpark in Roseville, CA. This role ensures a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers by anticipating, identifying, and correcting property issues while implementing preventive procedures. The position reports to the Community Manager and requires residency on-site to meet legal obligations for on-site maintenance personnel. A 2-bedroom apartment is provided at no charge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times.
• Ensure a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers.
• Anticipate, identify, and correct property-related problems.
• Implement procedures to prevent recurring issues.
• Perform plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Handle light carpentry, glass and screen replacements, unit turns, painting, and cleaning.

Requirements

• At least two (2) years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment maintenance.
• Supervisory experience in maintenance, preferably in an apartment community setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$29.00 per hour.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Flexibility required for occasional overtime, weekends, and on-call maintenance emergencies.
