Manufacturing$81k–$118k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We need to use

for section headings. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Include only sections with real content. We need to parse content. Work Location: Bellwood (maybe include in a short p). Then description: "Due to the highly interactive nature..." etc. Then "Want to make an impact? The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible..." That's responsibilities. Then "Ways you will make a difference" list of duties. Then "Skills that will make you successful" list. Then "Experiences that will support your success" maybe part of requirements. Then "What We Offer" benefits. Then "Compensation" salary range. Also schedule info: "Schedules may vary and are subject to change. This is a night shift position, hours are 5pm-5:30am. Two days on, two days off, every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) off." That's schedule. We need sections: About the role (maybe combine location and nature). Responsibilities (the paragraph after "Want to make an impact?" maybe). Requirements (experience, maybe also skills? but we separate Skills). Skills (list). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (Compensation). Schedule (the schedule details). Ensure we don't create sections with filler. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list? The "Ways you will make a difference" is a list of duties; we should put as
    • . Also skills list as
      • . Benefits list maybe as
        • . Experience list maybe as
          • . Requirements maybe as
            • (experience). We'll decide. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Let's extract each piece. Work Location: Bellwood. We'll put in a

maybe. Then description about interactive nature: "Due to the highly interactive nature of this manufacturing position, in-person attendance and flexibility are essential for supporting production schedules, effective communication and collaboration, real-time problem solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives. Schedules may vary and are subject to change. This is a night shift position, hours are 5pm-5:30am. Two days on, two days off, every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) off." We could split: maybe a short paragraph about location and nature, then schedule section. But schedule details are part of that paragraph; we could put schedule in its own section. Let's create sections: - About the role (maybe includes location and nature). Could be a

with location and description. - Responsibilities: The paragraph starting "Want to make an impact? The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible..." plus maybe the "Ways you will make a difference" list. But we need to separate responsibilities list as

. The paragraph before list is prose. Thus:

                Responsibilities

Want to make an impact? The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for a group of Mechanics whom he/she will oversee and assign daily work orders regarding project work, new construction, equipment installation, general building maintenance, emergency equipment repairs and assist other maintenance groups throughout the facility to support manufacturing goals and objectives. Oversee the implementation of the plant’s existing maintenance program to include preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will work in collaboration with the operating staff to ensure that the plant is safe and operates at peak conditions on a daily basis.

Ways you will make a difference

but heading must be from allowed list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "Ways you will make a difference" is not allowed; we should incorporate that content under Responsibilities maybe as a list. So we can make a
under Responsibilities for those duties. Thus Responsibilities section will have prose paragraph then
list of duties. Now Requirements/Qualifications: We have "Experiences that will support your success" and maybe "Skills that will make you successful" is separate. Also "Skills that will make you successful" is skills list. We need to decide: Use Requirements for experience, Qualifications maybe not needed. But we can combine experience under Requirements. Thus:

                    Requirements

Experience in building maintenance, plant maintenance or general maintenance, preferably in a supervisor capacity. Prior experience in electrical construction, controls or troubleshooting. Direct maintenance experience working in CPG or food manufacturing preferred.

Maybe also include bilingual Spanish preferred? That's skill. We'll put under Skills. Now Skills section:

                    Skills

                    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
                    • The ability to effectively manage time and lead a team of subordinates.
                    • Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred.
                    • Possess a sound working knowledge of machinery repair techniques, machine shop practices, welding, electrical construction, pipefitting, basic lifting and rigging principles, and the proper use of hand & power tools.
                    • Possess good troubleshooting skills.
                    • Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
                    • Promotes teamwork, possess a good attitude, and exhibits flexibility and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by supervisor.
                    • Able to work overtime as needed.
                    • Able to work scheduled shift.
                    • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
                    • Ability to walk and/or stand for prolonged periods; ability to bend, stoop and reach.
                    • Ensures compliance with AIB, SQF, OSHA and other relevant standards.
But note "Ensures compliance with AIB, SQF, OSHA and other relevant standards." is more a duty; but it's in skills section originally. We'll keep as skill. Now Benefits section:

                    Benefits

At Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO). Eligible employees may also receive an annual bonus based on company performance. Learn more about our benefits at https://flimp.live/Ferrara-Benefits-Resource-Center

We could make a list but it's just prose. Now Pay section:

                    Pay

The salary range for this role is $81,225 - $118,300 annually.

                    Now Schedule section:

                    Schedule

Schedules may vary and are subject to change. This is a night shift position, hours are 5pm-5:30am. Two days on, two days off, every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) off.

Now About the role section: include location and maybe the interactive nature description (excluding schedule). Let's craft:

                    About the role

Work Location: Bellwood. Due to the highly interactive nature of this manufacturing position, in-person attendance and flexibility are essential for supporting production schedules, effective communication and collaboration, real-time problem solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives.

We should not repeat schedule details there. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The phrase "Oversee the implementation of the plant’s existing maintenance program to include preventative maintenance." is in responsibilities paragraph we included. Good. "Manages and develops direct staff." etc are in the ways you will make a difference list; we need to include those as list items. Let's extract the list items from "Ways you will make a difference": - Manages and develops direct staff. - Assigns and supervises delegated daily work assignments in an efficient, safe manner and in accordance with established plant GMP and Safety policies. - Reports all observed safety hazards to manager. - Conducts daily inspection rounds of the facility noting the operational status of key equipment and support systems. - Communicates directly with the operations departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas. - Conducts oneself in a professional manner, observe plant rules and policies, maintains continuity between shifts, and contributes to an overall team effort. - Directs the work activities of a group of multi-skilled Mechanics responsible for all facets of maintenance work throughout the entire facility including general building maintenance, equipment installation, electrical construction, metal fabrication and welding, mechanical and sanitary piping, lift truck repairs and emergency equipment repairs. - Ensures equipment rooms, fabrication sites, and work areas are kept clean and orderly. - Ensures work assignments are well planned and properly scheduled to minimize production downtime. - All parts and supply orders have been placed well ahead of time and on site as work schedules require. - Is “on call” as required by plant emergencies and operational needs. - Maintains a working knowledge of plant operations and be able to assist other department or operational groups as work or project needs require. - Maintains a record of all day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken in a facility as well as prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. - Evaluating the performance of the subordinates and ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures. - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while carrying out maintenance functions. - Understands and demonstrates the Company’s core values. - Performs other duties as assigned. We need to include all these as
