Maintenance Supervisor - North Park Apartments

About the role

North Park Apartments is a conventional 284 unit conventional apartment community that we own and manage as a company. This role assists with the unit turns, work orders and emergency on-call coverage for the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent and must have strong plumbing skills
• HVAC experience (prefer hands on experience and either EPA or HVAC certification)
• Previous management/leadership experience in a maintenance setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders and apartment turns (hands on role)
• Administrative aspects of maintenance supervision
• Emergency on-call coverage for the property

Pay

• $28.00-$32.00 an hour
• Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
• On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours
• On-call 1 week every 3 weeks
• Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!
