Maintenance Supervisor - Mill Creek, OK

Core Responsibilities

Lead and support a safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental standards
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across quarry and plant equipment
Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Manage maintenance backlogs, schedules, work orders, and repair timelines
Cookordinate labor, tooling, parts, and specialized equipment for maintenance projects
Support equipment commissioning, shutdowns, rebuilds, and major overhauls
Work closely with operations and site leadership to improve equipment performance and plant reliability
Oversee spare parts inventory and establish effective stocking levels to minimize downtime
Mentor and support maintenance personnel while promoting teamwork and accountability

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Knowledge of quarry or heavy industrial equipment
• Ability to identify and order parts: bearings, idlers, screens, pulleys
• Previous supervisory or lead experience
• Welding skills: oxy/acetylene torch, stick welding, MIG welding preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Physical Requirements

• Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force
• Walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, turning, climbing, and/or pulling of controls
• Talking and hearing to communicate to employees/visitors
• Function safely around heavy rolling equipment
