Responsibilities

• Maintain swimming pool treatment and operation
• Maintain an orderly, stocked, and organized shop
• Schedule vendors and contractors
• Ensure all service requests within the apartment community are completed on a timely basis
• Perform snow removal
• Execute carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, HVAC repair, masonry, grounds keeping, landscaping, and sewer maintenance
• Carry out preventative maintenance program
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty as required
• Perform all maintenance duties safely

Requirements

• HVAC experience and/or license required
• Ability to lift appliances, perform tile work, drywall work, appliance repair and installation
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles (golf carts, quads, trucks)
• Proficiency with all maintenance tools
