About the role

Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation operates multiple apartment complexes throughout Knoxville/Knox County. We are looking for five Maintenance Supervisors!

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing maintenance projects
• Manage maintenance staff
• May participate in maintenance work

Requirements

• Hands-on supervisory experience
• Experience managing maintenance staff
• Ability to perform light physical labor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of apartment management systems
