About the role

Our Maintenance Supervisors oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. They ensure that the asset is maintained, and they motivate and ensure the maintenance team is positive and successful. Responsibilities

• Directing & supervising the maintenance team in regard to performance, job duties, and scheduling
• Portraying excellent customer service while working with residents
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheetrock, etc.
• Monitoring and replenishing maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budget
• Completing ongoing property and unit inspections as needed, documenting updates and areas for improvement
• Coordinating with various vendors as needed for outsourced work at the property
• Ensuring that maintenance teams deliver safe, decent, and sanitary housing to all residents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Minimum of three years as a lead maintenance technician
• Working knowledge of Onsite or Yardi software
• English language proficiency (read, speak, and write)
• Ability to pass a full background check
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• Experience in apartment maintenance (preferred)
• Participation in UPCS/REAC inspections (preferred)
• Experience with resident‑occupied project renovations (preferred)
