Apply Job Type Full-time Description Maintenance Supervisor Monroe Group is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! Summary: Our Maintenance Supervisors oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. They ensure that the asset is maintained, and they motivate and ensure the maintenance team is positive and successful. Specific Responsibilities Include Directing & supervising the maintenance team in regard to performance, job duties, and schedulingPortray excellent customer service while working with residentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, sheetrock, etc.Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budgetComplete ongoing property and unit inspections as needed, in addition to documenting updates and areas for improvementCoordinate with various vendors as needed in regard to outsourced work at the property Ensure that maintenance teams deliver Safe, Decent, and Sanitary Housing to all our residents Where is the job located? Requirements REQUIREMENTS for consideration are: High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)Minimum of three years as a Lead Maintenance Tech Working Knowledge of Onsite or Yardi SoftwareEnglish language proficiency (read, speak, and write)The ability to pass a full background checkReliable transportation Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Experience in apartment maintenance, participation in UPCS/REAC Inspections, and experience with resident-occupied project renovations. Additional Information The work schedule is Monday-FridayMust be available for after-hour calls including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededValid driver's license and vehicle requiredEmployment with Monroe Group is contingent upon the successful completion of background check *** Salary Description $29.00-$30.00/hour
