Maintenance Supervisor - Ironridge at Hill Country

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques and recommend improvements.
• Lead in the management, training and retention of quality employees.
• Consistently review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately.
• Maintain monthly and yearly budget overages.
• Facilitate property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repair, negotiating contracts with vendors and conducting property inspections.
• Review turns and make-ready schedule and delegate work to proper work groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance.
• Experience utilizing Yardi, preferred.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified.
• Pool certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
