Responsibilities
- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staff
Requirements
- 5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
- 2+ years Supervisory experience
- Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
- Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
Pay
Salary Range: $77,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
Schedule
Shift: ~7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
