Maintenance Supervisor III

About the Role

Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 369-unit community at Alexan Main Street in Bothell, WA. This is an excellent opportunity in a beautiful location for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors; assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew
• Assist Property Manager in planning and administering maintenance budget
• Participate in after hours and emergency coverage as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• 3+ years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor on 200+ units
• EPA and CPO certifications required
• Yardi experience preferred
• Experience in all trades required
• Excellent written, communication and computer skills
• Past supervisory experience required
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires

Schedule

• Monday - Friday (days required)

Pay

$43.00-$45.00/hour
