Maintenance Supervisor I

About the role

We are seeking an individual with a minimum high school diploma or GED certificate who possesses at least three years of experience in various trades including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, appliances and electrical maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge of safety, fire prevention, and first aid techniques, possess measurement and mathematical calculation abilities, and be able to work in a variety of conditions and locations including confined areas, rooftops, underground spaces, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in various trade areas
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Assist in training new employees and maintaining certifications
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and goal setting

Requirements

• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Minimum of three years of experience in various trades
• Knowledge of safety, fire prevention, and first aid techniques
• Measurement and mathematical calculation ability
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions and locations
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• EPA certification (preferred)
