Maintenance Supervisor - Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility equipment, ensure optimal performance, and lead maintenance staff. Key Responsibilities Include Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and manuals.Testing and troubleshooting machinery, including PLCs and control systems.Performing preventive maintenance, basic welding, and managing repairs beyond standard hours.Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures.Overseeing maintenance documentation via computerized systems, managing budgets, and coordinating training for technicians.Partnering with management to develop maintenance strategies, manage parts and vendor relationships, and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Include Minimum of 3 years’ experience repairing industrial equipment and 2 years supervising maintenance personnel.Knowledge of wiring, electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems, with proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.Experience with maintenance management systems, budgeting, and parts/vendor management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, hand and power tools, and lockout/tagout procedures.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., work overtime, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
