MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

About the role

SSC is hiring a full-time MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR position at various locations within the school district. The position is located at TAMU - 1515 Commerce Street, College Station, TX 77843. Full and part-time options are available with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior general maintenance and supervisory experience is required.

Pay

$18.00 per hour to $20.50 per hour.

Schedule

Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional options with flexibility to meet most scheduling needs.
