About the role
Sedgebrook Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality-focused Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The role oversees and performs maintenance operations, coordinates daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities, and supports assigned maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support assigned maintenance technician(s), ensuring productivity, quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor maintenance staff and provide hands-on assistance, as needed, to ensure operational continuity.
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including fixtures, piping, valves, outlets, and controls.
- Perform and oversee maintenance and repair work in residential units, common areas, and clinical spaces.
- Respond to system or equipment failures and address after-hours maintenance issues, as required.
- Oversee the work order system to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all assigned tasks.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and work scheduled or on-call overtime, as necessary.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, or a comparable environment.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or equivalent field.
- HVAC certification and experience required; other applicable trade certifications are a plus.
Qualifications

Pay
$28 - 30 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
