About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee operations and corrective maintenance of equipment under ESPC contracts. They will interact with government personnel and ensure all work adheres to the contracts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment is available and operating to meet customer needs through daily inspections, adjustments, and tests.
- Perform or manage all corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and operability.
- Manage planned maintenance at Fort Bragg, including inspections and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and operational experience.
- Train and supervise technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials.
- Provide field direction and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
- Offer after-hours support to customers for all issues.
- Report work activities to the Facilities Manager for documentation and further reporting.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, including safety reviews and specialized tools/skills.
- Obtain safety permits and conduct hazard analyses for in-house technicians and contractors.
- Maintain an accurate list of equipment to be maintained under the contract.
- Develop and implement major maintenance plans for long-term reliability and maintainability.
- Directly ensure safety permits are obtained and activity hazard analyses are conducted.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years related experience on commercial and residential equipment and ESPC's or comparable industry training and licenses.
- Preferred Associate’s degree or technical degree with seven (7) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training.
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Training.

- Proven experience in commercial and residential equipment and ESPC's.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to perform complex troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Skills
- Technical knowledge of commercial and residential equipment.
- Experience with ESPC contracts and government facilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
