Qualifications
- Corporate Accounting Manager/Treasury: 7+ years of experience in the industry, 3+ years supporting financial operations within the real estate industry.
- Vice President of Multifamily Management: Hands-on leadership approach, ability to align regional and site-level teams around key operational metrics.
- Human Resources Manager: Extensive background covering a broad spectrum of HR functions, including managing daily HR operations and delivering HR services.
- Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer: Experience in managing complex operations, developing effective policies, and implementing streamlined processes to enhance productivity and foster a culture of innovation.
- Investor Relations Assistant: Monitoring, processing and recording investor capital movements, maintaining and managing investors’ data in a web-based platform.
- Finance Manager: Solid background in commercial real estate, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in third-party market research, appraisals, and valuations.
- Senior Property Manager: Extensive experience in the management of large, commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and historical renovations.
- Acquisitions Manager: Over 10 years of experience in acquisitions, sourcing debt for acquisitions and refinancing exceeding $500 million, sourcing equity and debt for acquisitions, and sourcing third-party management assignments.
- Asset Management: Asset management experience, asset-managed more than 25,000 apartment homes and five million square feet of commercial space.
