Maintenance Supervisor - Elmcreek + Champlin Drive Apartments

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor at Elmcreek + Champlin Drive Apartments is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements.
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance issues and progress.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve property maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
