Maintenance Supervisor Electrics

Job Requirements

Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in line with departmental goals.

Plan, organize, and supervise electrical work across the site.

Assign, track, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance through the CMMS (Ultimo).

Lead, motivate, and set a positive example for electrical team members.

Conduct required team communications and support employee engagement initiatives.

Cook up with supervisors and managers across departments to support smooth operations.

Maintain a safe, compliant working environment in line with health & safety, legal, environmental, and company standards.

Promote high standards of housekeeping, and cleanliness through regular inspections.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED/HSED equivalent is required.

Team Lead, Supervisory, or Management experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience preferred in a non-union environment.

Minimum of 3 years' experience with electrical systems is required.
