Maintenance Supervisor- Dayshift

What You'll Do

Lead maintenance team activities to achieve plant safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Drive equipment uptime improvement using data-driven decision-making and structured problem-solving.
Own and manage SAP PM system including PM program development, work order planning, and asset master data accuracy.
Manage spare parts inventory and drive cost reduction initiatives related to maintenance materials and services.
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations while promoting continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
• 3–7 years of experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing operations
• Experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS systems
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
