About the role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain a place our residents are proud to call home. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical challenges while ensuring maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Plan and oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring operations stay within financial guidelines.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
- Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
- EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
- Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a resident-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in property management or maintenance.
- Valid Georgia driver's license.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week
