We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes: summary of position, essential job functions (list of duties), employee management, qualifications, required skills/abilities, education and experience, benefits (competitive benefits package). No explicit Pay or Schedule. So we should include sections where there is real content: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (essential job functions + employee management?), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Skills (required skills/abilities), Benefits (benefits package). Possibly also Qualifications (education and experience). The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have:
- Summary Of Position: description of role. Could be "About the role".
- Essential Job Functions: list of duties. Could be "Responsibilities".
- Employee Management: also responsibilities (supervisory). Could be part of Responsibilities.
- Qualifications: heading appears in posting: "Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES". Actually they have "Qualifications" then "REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES". Then "Education And Experience". So we could have sections: Qualifications (maybe covering required skills/abilities), Skills (maybe separate?), but we should avoid duplication. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Qualifications" section that includes required skills/abilities and education/experience. Or we could have separate "Qualifications" and "Skills". But we need to follow the allowed headings list; we can use any of them. Let's think: The posting has "Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES" then "Education And Experience". So we could have a section "Qualifications" containing both required skills/abilities and education/experience. Then we could have a separate "Skills" section? That would duplicate. Better to have one "Qualifications" section that includes required skills/abilities and education/experience. Then we could have "Benefits". Also maybe "About the role". And "Responsibilities". That's three sections.
Check if any Pay or Schedule content: none. So we omit those.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the benefits list exactly: 15 Paid Vacation Days, 6 Paid Sick Days, 11 Paid Holidays, Immediate Eligibility for Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Heath Savings Account, Short Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, 401K and more! Note there's a typo "Heath Savings Account". We must preserve as is.
We need to include the summary: "From the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between, 29th Street Property Management manages diverse multifamily properties. Ranging from high-end luxury assets to small-scale properties, 29th Street continues to grow. Our multi-billion-dollar collection of properties across the nation gives us an opportunity to continue to diversify our community portfolio, making us a multifamily industry leader. We offer a competitive benefits package of: 15 Paid Vacation Days, 6 Paid Sick Days, 11 Paid Holidays, Immediate Eligibility for Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Heath Savings Account, Short Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Pet Insurance, 401K and more! Come join our growing team! Summary Of Position The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations at a certain portfolio or property. This role is responsible for training and supervising Maintenance Technicians."
We need to separate About the role maybe includes that intro and summary. But we must not duplicate content. We'll put About the role containing the introductory paragraph and summary.
Responsibilities: essential job functions + employee management. We'll list as

Responsibilities: essential job functions + employee management. We'll list as - items.
Qualifications: required skills/abilities + education and experience.
Benefits: benefits package.
We must not include headings with empty content.
Let's extract details.
Intro paragraph: "From the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between, 29th Street Property Management manages diverse multifamily properties. Our multi-billion-dollar collection of properties across the nation gives us an opportunity to continue to diversify our community portfolio, making us a multifamily industry leader. Then "Summary Of Position The Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance operations at a certain portfolio or property. This role is responsible for training and supervising Maintenance Technicians."

We can put these as list items under Qualifications.

Now produce HTML.
We need to use
for each section heading.
We'll output:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ...
...
Qualifications
- ...
...
Benefits
- ...
...
Make sure to preserve all content exactly, including punctuation.
Check for any duplicated lines: we must not repeat. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Come join our growing team!" is part of benefits paragraph? Actually it's after benefits list. We'll include it in About the role paragraph.
Now craft the About the role paragraph: combine the intro and summary.
Let's write:
From the West Coast to the East Coast and everywhere in between, 29th Street Property Management manages diverse multifamily properties. This role is responsible for training and supervising Maintenance Technicians.
Note: The benefits list appears also in Benefits section; we have it duplicated if we include in About the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we must not omit any. The benefits appear in the intro paragraph as part of the company description. If we also list them in Benefits section, that would duplicate. We need to decide: Should we include benefits only once? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does not forbid duplication but says do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but might be considered redundant. However, we could keep benefits only in Benefits section and omit from About the role to avoid duplication. But then we would lose the sentence "We offer a competitive benefits package of: ..." which is substantive. However, we could keep that sentence in About the role but not list the benefits again; we could just mention that they offer a competitive benefits package without listing. But that would be summarizing away detail (the list). The instruction says do NOT summarize away detail. So we need to keep the list somewhere. If we put it in About the role, we could still also have a Benefits section but that would duplicate the list. Duplication is not explicitly forbidden, but might be considered unnecessary. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication would make sections thin? Not exactly. It might be okay but could be considered redundant. I'd rather include the benefits list only once, in the Benefits section, and in About the role we can mention that they offer a competitive benefits package without listing the details. However that would be summarizing away the detail (the list). The instruction says do NOT summarize away detail. So we need to keep the list. If we put it in Benefits section only, we still have the list; the About the role can just say "We offer a competitive benefits package" without listing, but that would be summarizing away the detail (the list) from that section, but the detail is still present elsewhere. Is that considered summarizing away detail? The detail is still present in the Benefits section, so overall we haven't lost detail. The instruction likely means don't omit details entirely; summarizing away detail in a section is okay if the detail appears elsewhere. But to be safe,
for each section heading.
We'll output:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Qualifications
- ... ...
Benefits
- ... ...
