About the role

Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

Maintain organized, clean, and safe shop areas, with adequate levels of replacement parts and tools.

Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
  • EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
  • Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a resident-focused mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property maintenance or construction management. EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).

Pay
