Maintenance Supervisor - Battle Creek, MI

About the role

Lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order. This is a third-shift position in a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage the third-shift maintenance team
• Oversee preventative maintenance and capital projects
• Maintain and improve wastewater treatment processes
• Promote continuous and process improvements for lean manufacturing

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in maintenance within a food/beverage manufacturing facility
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing (can be concurrent with the above)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay

$80,000 - $95,000 per year plus bonus.
