Maintenance Supervisor - Baltimore, MD

About the role

This is a direct hire position offering a salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, and paid relocation to the NE US. The role is available in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve production reliability
• Oversight of routine maintenance activities
• Ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and operating properly
• Supervise the Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
• Maintain all production equipment, machinery, and building
• Document, budget, and track all maintenance projects
• Analyze and suggest improvements for production & building systems equipment
• Promote continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hand-on troubleshooting & repair experience on high-speed manufacturing maintenance in food, beverage, or pharma
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing facility, preferably food
• PLC controls and electrical experience
• Experience with implementation of Preventative and Predictive Maintenance programs
• Willingness to work the night shift for the foreseeable future
