Maintenance Supervisor (AZ)
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide what goes into lists.
Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do". We'll extract each sentence as bullet.
Requirements: from "What You'll Need": bullet list.
Skills: from "What Will Set You Apart": bullet list.
Benefits: from "Benefits And Perks": bullet list? It includes description: "Competitive benefits and great perks..." then list: "Team Members receive a competitive 401k match, paid parental leave, paid time off, and a 100% company paid medical plan option." Also "Come as you are! At Optima we celebrate diversity..." that's EEO but we need to remove EEO boilerplate. Actually that sentence is about diversity; it's EEO statement. Should we remove? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the diversity statement. Also "Optima evaluates qualified applicants without regard..." that's EEO, remove. Also "Optima does not accept unsolicited resumes..." that's legal boilerplate, remove. Also "Powered by JazzHR..." remove.
Thus Benefits section: keep the sentence about competitive benefits and list of benefits. Also maybe "Competitive benefits and great perks make a huge difference; we get that, so you’ll get them too." That's prose.
Pay: "$28-$30/hr. plus bonuses". That's specific.
Schedule: "Availability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays". Also maybe earlier "flexible schedule". We'll put as prose.
Now construct HTML.
We need sections only if real content.
We'll have:
About the role
Position brief ... plus About Optima description.
But we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's craft:
About the role paragraph: combine the position brief intro and About Optima.
Position brief: "Are you hardworking? Do you like a fast-paced, exciting environment? Are you a problem solver? If you are looking for a career with a company that rewards boldness and perseverance, this is the job for you. As a Maintenance Supervisor, your primary role will be leading various maintenance processes and performing maintenance services for our luxury apartment community. You will be responsible for managing successful completion of service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and other functions throughout the property. We believe that there is a solution to every problem and that maintenance plays one of the most critical roles in the success of our properties."
About Optima: "Optima is a design-driven real estate development firm rooted in the modernist tradition with offices in Illinois and Arizona. For more than 40 years, we have been developing, designing, building and managing striking urban and suburban luxury residential communities. From the beginning, we aimed to reinvent housing by integrating the functions involved in new construction within one company. We control and execute every aspect of the process in-house – development, architecture, construction, sales and management – for a dynamic system that offers greater focus and fluidity. We are committed to delivering extraordinary living through design, innovation, sustainability and management."
Combine into one maybe two paragraphs? Could be separate
but both are prose. We'll put as one
with line breaks? Better separate
for readability but still okay. We'll do two
under same heading? The heading applies to following content until next heading. We can have multiple
.
Thus:
About the role
Are you hardworking? ... properties.
Optima is a design-driven ... management.

But note schedule appears also in Requirements; we might move schedule to its own section. However schedule info is also a requirement. We could keep schedule as separate section and not duplicate. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. But we need to include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state availability to work flexible schedule. So we can have Schedule section with that sentence. Then we should not duplicate in Requirements. So we remove schedule from Requirements list.
Thus Requirements list excludes the schedule item.
