We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who is a proactive leader, strong problem solver, and mechanically minded professional. This is a key role in our manufacturing operation. You will lead and develop maintenance technicians, improve equipment reliability, and partner with Production to keep our operation running safely and efficiently. We are hiring Maintenance Supervisors across multiple shifts to provide strong leadership, consistency, and accountability throughout our operation. The right person won't simply react to breakdowns. - Build strong working relationships with Production Supervisors, Quality, and other departments.
- Create consistency and effective communication across multiple shifts.
Our Maintenance Philosophy
At Wyandot, we believe “if you fix it right, you only fix it once.” We expect our maintenance team to look beyond the immediate repair, understand why a failure occurred, and make the right repair or improvement so we don't continue fixing the same problem. We value quality workmanship, root‑cause thinking, and permanent solutions over quick fixes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on your assigned shift.
- Set clear expectations for safety, quality, workmanship, communication, and accountability.
